Just returned from an extended weekend in SD and have to say that our stay here was terrific. The condition of the property, the cleanliness of the rooms, the amenities and service oriented staff made our stay amazing.
As a thriller and romance author, I appreciate well-designed places to stay, and Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Airport–Liberty Station is a beautiful property. The hotel has a distinctive layout with multiple separated buildings, which gives it a more relaxed, campus-style feel rather than a typical single-structure hotel. We really enjoyed our short stay here. Location is convenient to so many things we wanted to do. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and so substantial that we powered through without lunch two of the days! The grounds were beautiful. Airport noise was not a bother. Hearing occasional ships’ horns just added fun local atmosphere!
