Vince at the front desk went the extra mile for me during my two week stay for business!!! He was courteous and always helpful not to mention always had time for any issue , question or concern I had throughout my entire stay. Also the breakfast was always delicious and well stocked .
Clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Bed was comfortable, like home. Slept very good. Good breakfast
This hotel has bed bugs, I was supposed to stay through the new year but left within 20 minutes of checking in. The first room they gave me had the bed bug in the picture, they moved me to a different room and the mattress had bed bug poop around the edges so I told the front desk and refused to stay here. The management from this hotel and the 3rd party company I booked through can't come to an agreement and are refusing a refund
