The front desk lady that works afternoon/evening should not be representing your company. She is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and you can tell hates working with customer. Typically avoiding questions or responding with one word answers like a passive aggressive hormonal teenager. Simple questions seemed to inconvenience her. Such as: Are king beds available? The suite was very nice although the air conditioning was bad. Our room was hot and muggy. A room for 4 with 3 towels. The small details that matter are missing or bad here. Things such as a full kitchen area with a small odd count of silverware. The lobby bathroom was nasty. It had missing stall doors, no toliet paper, overflowing trash, and horrible odor. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I usually just leave no review if I’m disappointed BUT! I’m very disappointed because we’ve been looking forward to this vacation for months. It was to celebrate my sons’ graduation from high school . If you’re looking for an authentic “adventure” during your stay, Homewood Suites delivers. Will definitely be booking here again! Loved the size of the rooms! Location was perfect for what we wanted to do!
