The room I had was horrible. First I walked in and looked at the couch and it was so dirty I had to cover with a sheet. Next I had a room with a desk and chair and the chair was stuck on low and dirty as well had to use a towel to try to set up my laptop. The desk had wheels so it just moved. There were holes and unfinished patches on the wall. It looked like something was ripped of of the wall. in the bathroom The wallpaper was lifting on the floor and wrinkled on another wall. Almost all of the staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly, which made for a generally positive stay. That said, some of the furniture in both the rooms and common areas was noticeably worn and, in some cases, torn. The pool is a decent size, but it would have been nice if there were a hot tub as well. My biggest concern was the breakfast experience on our last morning (Sunday). This hotel is not what we hoped for on our family vacation. For starters there was only one working elevator which made for long waits. The room had lots of work needed. There were torn couch and chair cushions, water damage on the ceiling, mold in the shower, cracks and questionable stains on the wall, and missing towel holders that had been ripped off the wall and never replaced.
