Enjoyed the recent short stay. Room was very good quality. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice. My only complaint was the TV remote was fairly unresponsive, however if you have the Hilton app you can use that as a TV remote which worked perfectly for me.
Booked a suite room, check-in took so long, receptionist is great but she needs help during Friday evening hours, looks like company doing cost cutting, tv in the living room did not working, phone to call room service is not working, they gave 3 towels for a 6 occupancy suite room and they cannot provide more.
