I will no longer stay here. You want to charge for parking now so ill take my buisness to another hotel. Plenty that don't charge for parking. I had a parking pass that did not start till 7pm right next to your hotel. You could not even let my have the vehicle for 2 hours without paying. I even asked the desk lady since I just noticed you now charge for parking. Still had to pay. You would think getting a room at your hotel would qualify for parking. Your not the riverwalk. So my buisness goes elswhere.
Pool has so much chlorine you can’t even walk in the room and it bleached all my kids clothes
They don’t honor the Hilton discount when booking through the Hilton app. Even that have you card on the Hilton app and book with it and already check in they won’t give you room, instead they want to charge you the credit card upfront, not at checkout. The Hilton app will seem to allow to check in but you won’t receive your digital key. There’s no mention of this on the website or app, and they claim it’s due to fraud. My family and I went for our mini vacation. We are so disappointed in this hotel I have a child with special needs. When we arrived our room ac was broken then the young man in the front desk moved us 3 times because the ac were broken on all 3 rooms. Then on our last room that he put us in the bed had hair on the bed the toilet had pubic hair in it was very disgusting. The breakfast ladies were very rude .
