As a Diamond member, I have stayed at multiple Homewood Suites, and this hotel is by far below average. The breakfast is the same every day, the food is not cooked well, and the coffee is cold. I ended up buying breakfast elsewhere.
The rooms were nice and the location was very convenient for us. The last day we were there, we decided to swim at the hotel pool. It was highly chlorinated which made us cough, irritated our skin, made our hair feel like straw. I had to get 2 inches of my hair cut just so I could get a brush through my hair. The chlorine ruined my bathing suit and necklace. The manager, Ninfa Silva promised to reimburse me for my bathing suit but I thought maybe I could get my necklace cleaned so I did not ask for reimbursement for my neckl... read more
They have a convenient shuttle in and out airport. Nice complimentary food options too.
