Wonderful customer service, clean rooms, great breakfast!, and close to the convention cente. Kitchen was nicer than most kitchens in these extended stay hotels. Lots of restaurants nearby and access to public transportation.
Amazing service
My experience at this Hilton hotel was very disappointing, especially regarding the bathroom cleanliness. When we arrived, we found hair on the towels and even a hair tie left in the shower, which clearly shows the bathroom was not properly cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, when taking a shower the water did not drain at all, and it seemed like the drain was clogged, causing the water to accumulate on the shower floor.
