Very disappointing stay. Parking was extremely inconvenient — I had to fill out a form at the front desk and pay an additional $20 just to park. On top of that, my floor was under construction, which made the experience even worse. I booked and prepaid for the room through a third-party platform, but the hotel still took my credit card for parking and deposit. Later, I discovered they charged me again for the room. My sister and I stayed back in January we had the best check in experience with Coco. I mean we have never encountered such an amazing Front desk agent like Coco. We came back to yesterday to endure the worst experience . The rudeness and lack of professionalism was uncanny. We were told she is no longer an employee. Not by her choosing . We were very disappointed. Our company will no longer stay at this establishment. I saw Coco last night she told me where she is working we are definitely taking our business to her

I checked in last week Coco she was a pure delight. The gossip with the girl at the front desk about they fired her is horrible. AGM is absolutely clueless. Breakfast is not great.
