Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and the location exceptional for the city. Very strict "curfew" times. Lobby lights were shut off just before 10:30pm without warning to deter people from gathering in what is the only "public" place in the hotel. This left some people in pitch black and asked for help, which was not provided by staff. Was ordered by the front desk employee to leave the lobby and seating area, and go to our rooms as it was past "quiet time". If I could give it 0 stars or negative stars I would!! Horrible customer service. We drove 10 hours to get here and they cancelled our room without notice!! Edit: They say to contact Hilton customer support so that’s what we did. And for almost a year after the incident we were trying to get some sort of refund but nothing was refunded. We were screwed out of a place to stay that night and had to drive another 10 hours to our next hotel (all 3 other hotels never canceled our room or had any issues) We will never recommend a ... read more

I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. *Online it is advertised as having an indoor pool and hot tub, they do not. This hotel only has outdoor, which is disappointing considering it's 15° outside. When I asked the staff about this they said "yeah we've been trying to get the images removed for a while", good to hear they're concerned with false advertising. * They have 1 office computer for business use that is completely non-functional. The room size is what makes this hotel worth the negatives. I love the separate sleeping area and the kitchenette (though I have never used it on any of my trips). Separate tv area makes for happier people. The feee breakfast is standard but good. The place is clean and welcoming. Only issue is the location is so far from the downtown area.
