1 star deduction on service bc breakfast wasn't that good. Cranberry juice tasted sour and options weren't the best on food. I've had plant based chorizo before but that one was bad.. and when eggs are filled with water, potatoes look uncooked, your only option is sausage links that also looked unappealing and boiled eggs. This was my second time here but this wasn't as stellar as my first visit.

We absolutely loved staying here as our room was spectacular from the top floor! The staff were very helpful and friendly! We had a great view of the city and the room was very comfortable! Parking was easy and the free breakfast is very delicious! Lots of restaurants options around and very convenient to walk around the city! Highly recommend it if you’re staying in Salt Lake City!

I had an issue with my billing and reservation on day one of a two day stay. The front desk staff was unable to answer my questions and overcharged me for the stay. For two ways I tried to resolve the issue and kept getting a run around and promises that were never fulfilled. The manager would not come to the front while I was staying there and would not come to the phone when I called a week later still trying to resolve my billing issues.
