Poor Customer Service We found that the staff here were very rude to us during our entire stay. In particular a woman called KiKi. She presented herself like the owner but we found out that she's just the general manager...anyway major attitude problem here! Best steer well clear of her at the desk. The rooms in this hotel were extremely small and there are no veiws from the small windows...except for a parking lot and an alley!
