In town for business. Good safe location with shops and restaurants near by
I stayed at this hotel and ended up with Scabies, bedbugs After discovering the bites, I called the hotel to report it, and they did absolutely nothing about it. No concern, no help, no accountability. This was extremely stressful and unacceptable. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a priority, and it clearly is not here. I’m writing this to warn others — do not stay at this hotel. Too answer your response is this enough proof Paul
We stayed the night at the Homewood suites by Hilton hotel in Rochester NY last night..The lobby area was absolutely gorgeous. They had a Christmas tree up and everything was just beautifully decorated. There were chairs placed in front of a stunning fireplace you may sit to enjoy if you choose too, which I did !.. Our room was spacious featuring a full size refrigerator , microwave and stove top range as well as a dishwasher . I even told the manager of the food services Robin, how beautiful everything was and how impressed... read more
