I stay here a lot. My last visit I was sick and contagious. I called to let them know. It was pre pay(non refundable) I didn't ask for a refund just a discount on next visit. I was told to contact management on Monday(stay was a Sunday) I left Patrick the director of sales a voicemail. No call back. On Tuesday I left Karen the GM a voicemail. No call back. In Wed I called this time in afternoon. Both were there but too busy to speak to a guest apparently. I was told to call Hilton since it was them who got my money. I did an... read more
