The staff were kind, room was clean and spacious! We enjoyed complimentary breakfast as well.
Beautiful hotel, very clean specious rooms, staff is always nice and professional and the breakfast is delicious. Said the manager is very attentive and kind and Sonia the laundry attendant is hardworking and sweet.
the good, the bad and the ugly. location is great. very upscale. the bad - elevator requires key card to select a floor other than lobby, which can be aggravating before you get used to it. the ugly. some of the lights are on timers and the one in the bathroom didn't work so i had to use the bathroom in the dark with the door slightly opened. when i called the front desk at 6 am on saturday to report this nobody picked up. i called 5 times. i eventually had to get dressed and go downstairs only to be told that the technician... read more
