Was unable to sleep. Rooms are extremely loud. Bar service was terrible. Bartender took 45 min smoke breaks. Called front desk to quiet neighbor party, was unable to help in the matter. We had work the next day, unable to sleep until 3:00am. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN Terrible service from check in - check out
Valet is smooth, that guy Derrick my favorite! He’s so funny
The room layout was great for a family, although I wish the couch pulled out. The lobby area is gorgeous, very upscale for a Homewood Suites. Staff were very friendly. I was disappointed that when we got to the room the trash had not been emptied from the previous guests. We saw a few other cleanliness issues that don’t align with what we’ve come to expect from Hilton. We called for an extra blanket and it took a very long time to arrive. We went out for the day and returned just before 4pm and our room had not been cleaned.... read more
