Awful stay they tested their fire alarm at 9 am every morning. Very loud for 4 days straight. Wish they could have done this at lunch or only one day.
Traveling with family. Planned the trip so we would be her after check in to avoid delays as we had somewhere to be. We arrived at 4 and we have been waiting in the lobby for about an hour and a half. No explanation, just give me 5 more minutes every time we ask. We expect better.
If we were rating the service on Anthony alone, it would be 5!! Anthony is very much the highlight of the service staff here. He is warm and welcoming, personable, generous, and attentive.
Loved the art work and books one by William Mangum will individually written reflections by famous North Carolina people. Each reflection had a Mangum water color. The book is superb. Also another book on Coaching Days of England printed for Paul Elek in All Saints Street Islington. Superbly written. The hotel itself is great with numerous areas to relax and screens where we enjoyed the Fifa soccer games. Great fitness room.
