They are the most rudest hotel Don’t EAT at the restaurant on the 14th floor the manger tastes the guests food with no gloves and the kitchen staff always smells like smoke
Beautiful upscale hotel. Walking distance to convention center and concert venue. You have to pay to park as it is in a city. Free breakfast was the usual hilton breakfast. But there was also a place to buy breakfast/coffee if you wanted something else. My favorite part was the water dispenser in the lobby. You can choose still, alkaline or seltzer. So bring a bottle.
We like everything about this place. Our room was large, customer service was great and we were able to walk to Red Cap.
Fantastic room. Enjoying the 14th floor view and room near the restaurant. Lovely patios, great drinks and yummy food.
