DO NOT USE THE VALET. Our car was stuck on a lift for over 6 hours and it completely ruined our 1 year wedding anniversary. Denise at the front desk extremely rude; Sergio, the valet, was aggressive and threatened to drive my car off the lift as a solution after hours of waiting for our car. This was the most abysmal, rude, and least hospitable experience of my life and we are still waiting at the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I chose to stay here due to the location as it was right next to our wedding venue. They provided EVERYTHING I needed as a bride. Before my stay, they answered every question I had and reassured me of everything. Checking into the hotel was easy and I even booked another room last minute since I realized they had conjoining rooms, which was so convenient for us. Great stay! Had an issue with a noisy ac unit and they fixed it the same day!
Excellent hotel and excellent location for exploring the city. This location is close to everything.
