I had to check out because they couldn't change my room. My shower drain was backed up and they wouldn't help me. I guess being a diamond member doesn't mean anything...
Maintenance issues, poor quality rooms. Management issues, poor, unprofessional. Noises issues, poor sleep, noisy.
I would like to command Joseph the newbie on an outstanding customer service experience!! He went out of his way to get us towels for the pool because there was none left and a blanket for the pullout sofa. He is definitely an asset to this hotel, and I hope his efforts will be rewarded.!! I would also like to ask to make sure he sees this review and sees what a difference he made in our experience at this hotel.
Very nice hotel the rooms are has alot of room to move around a desk for working very clean and comfortable only thing is the sirens from the ambulances because there's a hospital in close proximity but never bothered me there's also a restaurant in close walking distance across the street I would definitely recommend this hotel for long stays or even just a few days
