not good there was a mushroom growing out of the garage disposal hair in the shower food on the floor
I cleaned my room myself. I literally requested cleaning supplies to clean my own bathroom. That's all I have to say. So much more I could, though.
In my 20+ years of corporate travel, I have never experienced such unprofessional and condescending behavior. Surely, Hilton is unaware of how this hotel is tarnishing it's brand. The towel you see pictured was hanging over the shower curtain rod when I checked in. I expressed my concern to the manager and asked if my room had been cleaned.
