BEWARE!!! Here’s my horrible experience with hotel management/staff: I booked a room through Chase Travel and paid, in full, using Chase points. When I checked in, the clerk asked for my credit card. From experience, this is a common ask to cover any incidentals. After the card was run, I noticed that the clerk had charged me for an amount that was close to the full stay amount.
