Don't bother booking this hotel if you are a Hilton Honors Gold Member. I was told by the manager that they are "too busy" at that location to provide things like free room upgrades. When check in online they are not too busy to "to upcharge". Other than it was an average Hilton Hotel.
Great location, near mall and restaurants. Very quiet (no traffic noise). Clean hotel, friendly staff. Vince at check in is fantastic!
Very large rooms/suites. Excellent parking and very quiet. Only 11 minutes from the airport with minimal traffic. Far less expensive than some other hotels.
So my husband and I checked in for a few short days stay to visit Pittsburgh. We wanted to be close to the airport for convenience and were traveling with a small dog. Figured this would be the perfect place. Upon check in, we were greeted by a desk agent named Tim. Very eccentric, weird guy. He called my husband “dude” as we checked in.
