I loved staying here, even though the pool was closed for updating. Guests were invited to use the pool right next door at the Hilton Garden Inn. The breakfast was great. It was nice and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. I had a small issue in the room which was promptly fixed by the friendly maintenance man. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends, and it's my first choice when I visit Tempe again. Also, it's right next to Tempe Marketplace which has everything you might need.

5/5 Hotel - it's nice hotel with many amenties (pool, grill area, bball court, and gym with several treadmills) - the hotel breakfast is included in price, always good - excellent, safe area near Tempe Marketplace - always have had great service here - rooms are clean, spacious, and quality if you're thinking about staying here, just stay here--its worth it

-Did not have the best check in experience. Tried to check in at 3:30pm and was told our room was not ready/cleaned quite yet, ok fine it happens. As we were leaving our phone # another lady stepped in and said let me move some things around and she got us a room. Went up to the room and it was not what I reserved or paid for. Went back down to lobby and now was told the room I booked is not available as they overbooked, but 5 minutes ago they were cleaning it.
