THHHHEEE WORSRT HILTON EVER !! if you can avoid it, avoid it !!!! This hotel is so outdated and raggedy. Antoinette who checked us in, was very pleasant, welcoming, and made the check-in very smooth, which I'm thankful for. Don't let the lobby before you the lobby is decent, carpet is up-to-date. From the time we got on the elevator, the elevator makes a loud clicking noise. As soon as you get off the elevators, the halls are very gloomy and dark. The answering service was very abrupt, wouldn't let me use my reward points and after going through the reviews they charge for parking which showed up on my emailed reservation and reviews say it really run down so I cancelled

This hotel is decent but nothing fancy. The building itself feels old-school and nostalgic, almost like stepping into a time from my grandfather’s era that I only know from TV. The rooms were okay, though a bit dated - one TV remote didn’t work, and on the other TV I honestly couldn’t figure out how to get regular channels going. Everything seems to run on satellite TV, which felt confusing and outdated for a YouTube and Netflix generation.
