BED BUGS! My mother booked a room here. She had been in the room for about one hour sitting on sofa watching TV when suddenly she saw a bug crawling across her shirt. She squished the bug and it was full of blood (not her blood, YUCK). She looked up what it was and it was a BED BUG. All hotels probably deal with bed bugs at one point or another but how they responded to her notifying them of the bed bug was horrible. They moved her to a different room and that was it.
