Crooks!!!!! The day I was supposed to check in my daughter got sick. So I called in to try cancel and was told I was going to be charged the full amount of if I canceled I tried to make it in cause who has $ to just throw away. Needless to say I never made it. Will never book here ever again. So much for being a Hilton Member
