Staying here for work they’re changing out the boiler ask for a bottle of water so I can brush my teeth in the morning. They told me I needed to buy it from them. They don’t know if it’s gonna be one or two days without water. Sorry, Customer Service no water

El lugar es excelente el personal de limpieza y el de la comida es malo muy malo no te atienden como debería de ser el desayuno no quieren dar las cosas que están para comer la limpieza no te quieren dar limpieza de la habitación por qué es más importante otras habitaciones al parecer es malo en servicio lo único rescatable son la gente que trabaja en resección súper amables.
The location of Homewood Suites in Malvern is very convenient, and the hospitality at the front desk was excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. There are renovations happening right now, but it wasn’t a big issue during our stay. We had a king suite on the first floor, and it’s a nice setup with a small kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator, which makes it great for a few days or even a longer visit. Stayed here for a wedding. Booked with points. My first bizarre sighting was two portable air conditioners in the room. Thought nothing of it other than maybe the in room AC didn't work. The odd thing was - upon check- in, it wasn't mentioned. It was also 70 in the room, so we figured whatever fix was needed was made. After we got home from rehearsal dinner, where it was much cooler out, the room temperature dropped to 66. So we set the thermostat to 70 and went to bed.
