ROACHES!! Beware of this hotel, seems very good on paper, but it’s a highly unhygienic place. They don’t keep the place clean - and staff is unhelpful, rude and extremely difficult to talk with. Wouldn’t recommend this at all.
Writing this from my bed in a room that’s 75 even though the AC has been set at 68 for hours. Staff lied and said they sent a mechanic but now says they didn’t even have one on at all this day. Won’t get a proper night’s sleep which is wrecking the business trip I am on. Front desk doesn’t seem to care. Avoid this place.
