Clean and friendly breakfast area was being attended by young boys I was very impressed how clean it was. We also forgot an item in our room Ashley at the front found our belonging and supervisor made sure or belonging was overnighted on fed ex thank you to all the staff members on making sure it made it back home to us
We have been here since 2/01/25 and we have been more Happy with everything Homewood has to offer. About a few weeks ago their was an incident that happened a misunderstanding with one of the staff their is no reason to got into details or mentioned the staffs name but I went to the front desk and explained my concerns and was clearly upset tears running down my face Ashley was the one I spoke to first and she quickly handled the situation and was very understanding of how upset I was.
