Check-in took forever. We were given a significantly smaller room than the one we booked. She claimed, despite proof, that this wasn't true. We had to pull out a couch for the kids and organize our own bedding. The pool was filthy. The gym was covered in dust and dirt. Disinfectant was empty. Breakfast was only suitable for sugar-addicted cow's milk lovers.
Did not enjoy my experience with staff at this hotel. I would not recommend or stay again.
This hotel is a disgrace—filthy beyond belief, with staff whose rudeness matches the squalor of the place. To make matters worse, I witnessed immigration officers lodged here, turning the atmosphere into one of fear and hostility. I will never return. This is not hospitality; it is a living nightmare.
