Très bon séjour à l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, confortable. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement où nous pouvons faire nos visites du parlement, musées, épiceries... à pieds et son parking. Les réceptionnistes étaient vraiment très gentilles et souriantes. Quelques petits points faibles cependant. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas, le papier toilette était du 1er prix et le lave vaisselle était déboîté de sa place. Pour du Hilton je m'attendais à ce que tout soit irréprochable. Worst hotel in Ottawa. Breakfast was bad the last 3 days, they didn’t have orange juice and milk for my kid. They ran out most of the food. They had one bus boy on a busy Saturday morning. Guests almost slipped as there was spilled drinks on the floor they couldn’t clean up. Guests had to put away their own plates which is unacceptable on a flagship hotel like this. Told front desk the ac was not working in my room and they said they couldn’t do anything because they were fully booked and no maintenance staff. Found 3 hairs ... read more

Frühstück eine Katastrophe – Service gleich mit Wir sind Vielreisende und in vielen Hotels in Kanada gewesen. Was uns hier beim Frühstück geboten wurde, hat uns sprachlos gemacht – und das im negativen Sinne. Kein aufgeschnittener Käse, keine Wurst, keine vernünftige Auswahl. Kein einziges frisches Gemüse – keine Tomaten, keine Gurken, keine Paprika, nichts. Stattdessen: ganze, ungeschnittene Äpfel und Orangen, die offenbar als „Obstangebot” durchgehen sollen.
