Spacious room and excellent location in downtown Ottawa. Staff was very courteous and responsive to any request. My 3 star review is because the common areas of the hotel were not well kept. It was an unfortunate aspect of our stay.

Homewood Suites is an extraordinary hotel. And what makes it that wonderful? Well, definitely the people who work there. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 20 days. We had already stayed at other hotels in some different countries but Homewood Suites Ottawa will be in our hearts forever.
