We recently stayed with Homewood Suites for four nights and overall our time at the hotel was good. The location is pro/con depending on what you are looking for. If you prefer a quieter neighbourhood away from downtown, this is your spot (lovely 15-20 stroll down pedestrian Sparks St. or 5 min subway ride from Lyon Station right across the street). Homewood suites by Hilton garden downtown Ottawa you have outdone yourselves! The hospitality from your staff at the hotel was remarkable. The moment we arrived the concierge Noah Dieu was so professional, friendly and very helpful . The atmosphere of the hotel was very clean. When we got to our room on the 17th floor and opened our room i was amazed at the cleanliness of the room. Like i mean outstanding.
