The hotel had until recently been stable and okay, not spectacular or fantastic, just ok. The front desk staff were otherwise unmemorable, just a whole lot of "meh. it's okay." The big reason we stayed there in the past was there used to be a Starbucks in the same/adjacent parking lot and now it's gone (NOT the hotel's fault, though it does lower their location score). The suite that we got was very spacious, clean and very well maintained. Certainly above our expectations for what we paid. Our only room complaint was that it had only one (very comfortable) office chair and no other chairs. The hot breakfast was mediocre but adequate. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place!

I stayed in room 613 in March 2026 for 16 nights on business. I have stayed in this hotel since it’s opening 8 years ago. Reliable to a fault in the past, the hotel now needs a refresh with attention being paid to maintenance. Here’s what I noted: Cons -The wallpaper is starting to curl at the edges in the entire suite. -The roller blind in the bedroom has come out of its track and requires repairing. -The paint on the doors is not uniform and looks shoddy. -The couch (fold out bed) is long past its due date as it sags towar... read more

Very very rude receptionist this night at check-in. His opinion is right and nothing else is acceptable, so he even shouted at me. He has to have the last word of course so I ended the discussion with him and will have to have a word with his boss in the morning. This will be the last time I will be staying at this place thanks to this arrogant person at the front desk !
