Love Homewood Suites!!! Worth the price. Great room amenities!!
Your staff at front desk is unprofessional. l was checked out on Oct 21, 2025 and I asked for a formal receipt many times, but he ignored me. I still haven't received my receipt. This behavior is suspected of violating consumer law and has certainly ruined my stay. I will reserve the right to take further action if they don't give me a receipt as soon as possible. I’m not recommend to anyone else to stay this hotel.
This is the 4th or 5th Hilton property I stayed at in the last 3 months and it was very underwhelming. The room was fine and pretty clean. The receptionist I dealt with seemed like he could have been a little more enthusiastic but the biggest disappointment by far, and one of the main reasons I chose this location was the free breakfast "buffet" I don't know who chooses and cooks the food at this location but it will make me rethink Hilton for my business travels if this is how they run things around here. The staff at this hotel are amazing. We are staying here long term due a recent flood in our basement. The entire staff, home housekeeping, Management and front desk have been nothing but exceptional, kind and accommodating. Gurjot, Raj and Jas and Shirin. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. We will surely miss this place when we have to move back home!
