Rooms were clean huge clean wonderful experience
I accidentally left my bible behind in one of the rooms when we left to the airport. I Immediately called them and asked if they hold it for me. They assured me they had it in thier possession and all I had to do was send a shipping label and they'll mail it out to me. One of the male employees was extremely rude when I called back to ask which mailing service they preferred, even then he still said he had the Bible and will send it with any mailing service. This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. I had a reservation through booking.com with them and I wouldn’t ever do that again. We got to the hotel on July 28, 2025 a day before my baby’s birthday she was turning 6 she wanted to go to volcano Bay for her birthday. My sister and her family decided to go on the trip with us mind you it is 5 adults and 6 kids.
