I had a good stay overall, but my interaction with Carla at the front desk was very disappointing. I was trying to explain an overcharge issue after having to switch payment cards, but she repeatedly talked over me and refused to listen. Even after I showed my receipt, she would not contact a manager or let me speak with anyone else. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.
I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Theme Parks, FL, and unfortunately this was the worst Hilton/Homewood Suites experience I have ever had. I arrived around 9:00 PM, and while Xavier at the front desk was nice, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. When I got to my room, there was no conditioner, and I noticed the bathtub faucet looked like it was separated from the wall. Clean, spacious, quiet, the room has everything we need. Also the interior is very new and modern. The price also very reasonable. All in all, we like it very much. NOTE: they charge $25/day per car for parking!!!! That is more expensive than Las Vegas.

The rooms were poorly maintained and noticeably worn, with several issues showing a lack of attention to cleanliness and upkeep. Considering the price, there are significantly better options available in the area. During our stay, we found hair in the bed, a clump of hair behind the toilet, dirt and hair in the utensil drawer, and crumbs in a cabinet with supposedly clean dishes.
