I enjoyed my time at homewood Suites by Hilton during my business trip. Only issue I had was the toilet constantly leaking by, otherwise room was fantastic. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast exceptional. I will bring my wife and two kids next time To really enjoy the hotel!

Overall this was a good hotel for the price that we paid. Would I stay again? Not for the same length that I did. We stayed 13 nights, I would say I wouldn't stay for more than 3. Room iteself: Room was spacious and clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. USB ports did not work. The room is dark, no lights in lounge room, only lamps. The bathroom mirror with the wardrobe mirror next to it, is the only mirrors. a 1m x 1m place so it was a struggle for 4 of us to get ready in the morning. This place is horrible. The moment we walked into our room, we were hit with a bad smell. It was as if they had left old, wet towels in there for days before we had arrived. The room was also so humid. We felt sticky while in there for extended periods of time. The water in the shower also had a bad smell; like old toilet water. It's ridiculous that this place has no complimentary water bottles- you have to buy them. Hotels at lower price points do AND they don't charge for parking. Thank you for responding, but your response does not accurately reflect my experience or address the concerns I raised. I want to clarify that I contacted the hotel twice before arriving to advise the staff of my delayed arrival. During those conversations, I was told that the computer system was down and that the information would be communicated to the next front desk agent. No hot water here as of today. Keep calling about it and they just keep saying they’re working on it. Having to take cold showers.
