I booked a 2 bedroom wheelchair accessible suite, or what I thought was a wheelchair accessible suite. The front desk clerk LC insured me that the room she was assigning to me was wheelchair accessible. I have been to that hotel many times before and have only requested wheelchair accessible rooms because my mother is wheelchair bound and is not able to walk. The hotel is nice. The breakfast is better than average. It took 2 days to get shampoo and multiple requests and pleasing, so that is the ding, but otherwise I'd stay here again. There are a few restaurants within walking distance too. You can walk to the convention center or take the bus if you plan ahead.
Great location but there building badly needs renovation. At the very least they have to rip off and change the old carpets in the room and in the common areas. On the positive side, this place is relatively affordable compared to nice accommodations in the area. So, I would say you get what you pay for. Even so, I wouldn’t stay here again.
