As a Club member this hotel was unacceptable. The only two positive’s about this hotel is the location and comp breakfast. The rooms are very outdated. Housekeeping does a terrible job at cleaning. Furniture filthy and needs to be cleaned and or replaced. Shower/bathtubs have mold and stains. Carpet has stains, couches have stains, dishes have stains, headboards have stains, coffee pot have stains, Curtains/shades had blood on them and stains. Even the telephone had stains. Our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive was okay overall and, for the price, I’d say it was a decent value. My daughters really enjoyed having a suite and the extra space, which was definitely a plus for our family. The pull-out couch wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on, although thankfully I didn’t have to sleep on it.
