Great hotel, comes with free breakfast. We used the pool and gym! Great facilities! Emailed them earlier this week to get rooms next to each other for our family. I didn’t get a response but they knew when we checked in.
Mixed bag. Room 441 was spacious and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was across from a very loud family who seemed to be living there. The door opened and closed loudly until at least 11pm on a Sun night. The good news is that you couldn’t hear their voices from inside the room, only the door slams. I would not recommend anyone of color to book here. This hotel was completely racist towards me and my family. The security followed me around the entire hotel. It was a very unwelcoming experience and I would never book here again. I do not recommend anyone to book with them at all as they do not offer an inclusive environment.

Worst experience ever! Rooms were dirty, there was dirty dishes in the sink when we went in! And they demanded for all of us to have a bracelet when there was a white family with no bracelets at all! Overall very bad service, I dislike it!
