I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were inattentive and at times even dismissive. Requests for assistance were either ignored or met with unhelpful responses, and it felt as though guest satisfaction was not a priority. I had hoped for a much more welcoming and professional experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if customer service is important to you. Specifically at the front desk.

they will steal your stuff! when you call back less then 20min from leaving it is gone and no one can find it terrible called back day after day to see if what was taken was recovered was never found after leaving messages after messages with different people no one could find it. dont tell you on top of paying for the room you have to pay to park you would think this would come with the price you pay to stay

Hotel was a joke, prepaid for my room. When I got there and they took a deposit for incidentals they charged me for my room charge for the whole weekend. So I paid double for the room. Never had this happen before but promise it won't happen again. And good luck getting any help from there end. Still waiting to get refunded for my weekend, thinking a couple years is enough time to get a refund but anytime I call I never get a call back and management is never available.
