We celebrate my friends birthday and the employees were great.
Disappointed that my family wasn’t able to celebrate our 112th Family reunion @ Homewood Downtown OKC! Unfortunately the sales coordinator wasn’t willing to work with my family so we reluctantly moved on with their competitor who exceeded our expectations! Over 100 family members = revenue loss because the coordinator wasn’t willing to meet us half way!!
The room was large. That's the only good thing about my experience. I don't know what it is, but I've gotten a room there twice. Both times my room wasn't cleaned, until I called and complained. And they got rid of their hot tub. The staff was nice and seemed apologetic, although I'm thinking it was to save face, but I will not be using this establishment again.
