My family and I really enjoyed our week-long stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton North Houston/Spring. We stayed in a 1 King studio suite, which was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt well-maintained throughout our visit. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Really Great Hotel! Very nice stay.
Terrible experience. The front desk gave someone else a key and my room number while I was asleep — a man tried to enter in the middle of the night. I felt completely unsafe. On top of that, the bedroom light didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the room dish towel were not replaced. I expected more from Hilton. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
