Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Solid hotel on the outskirts of Newport. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the staff was friendly. That said, I was really disappointed to find out that daily housekeeping isn’t offered. At $400+ per night (which seems to be the going rate in the summer), that’s just not acceptable. You’d expect this at a cheaper roadside motel, not at a property charging luxury-level rates. It feels like a cost-cutting move, and it took away from an otherwise positive stay.
The rooms are so large and well set out. Very clean. Amazing location as well. No complaints here.
Manny at the front desk is the BEST! He made our trip that much better. 5 stars!!!
