The hotel appeared to be nice on the surface, however the closer you looked, the more evident that was not the case. The refrigerator was dirty, bed linens tattered. The dressers weren't anchored to the wall, which is dangerous and not to code. The floor electric outlets in the dining area were also not attached properly, my chair leg went through the hole. Perfect location for anything along the river. Rooms are new and clean and we loved the modern look. Hot breakfast was good. We would stay here again.
Clean, nicely appointed rooms. Walking to the Reds game was easy!
We ended up staying here after the Embassy Suites lost power, so I'm sure the staff was dealing with a lot of frustrated guests. Even with that in mind, the way we were treated at check-in was disappointing. The woman at the front desk acted like we were an inconvenience from the moment we arrived. Our room itself was very large, but the "sitting area" was anything but.
