Stayed here for a night while celebrating my birthday! The front desk staff were extremely welcoming, the rooms were super clean, fresh, and inviting! Absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend. We did not get to experience the rooftop bar due to rain, but the connecting bar was a good backup plan!
Clean, friendly staff and great location! Took in a Reds baseball game within walking distance as well as other attractions in the area all within walking distance.
Homewood Suites was located in a great spot in Newport, close to our weekend events in KY and Cincinnati. Included a full kitchen and your basic breakfast. The Wi-Fi was ot that strong.
The hotel itself is clean and nice. The staff on the other hand, not so much. I only shared a few encounters with the front desk which were not pleasant. The tall lady working the morning shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had a constant look of disgust on her face and was very short and irritated with everyone she encountered.
