This hotel appeared nicer online. In reality it wasn't. I stayed here for two nights and was overall extremely disappointed in my stay. When I checked my bank statements after checking out that day I saw I was charged an extra $250 fee. When I called the hotel to inquire about this charge I was met with a rude staff attendant named Colleen. My stay here was perfect. The rooms come with everything you need. From pot and pans to spoons and forks etc. Room were very clean. They greet greet with respect. Customer service was excellent 👍. Check in/Out was a breeze. The breakfast was the hott and cold food. The Outside was Comfortable and cozy. The rooftop was Nice.
