This is a very nice, new hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk away from Newport at the Levee. It has a parking garage attached which is very convenient. The lobby is located on the second floor but there is plenty of space to pull up your vehicle temporarily to check in. Our room was bigger than expected and very clean. Very frustrating hotel to be in. Inconvenience is their strong suit. No signs outside for entrance because they keep the road closed for events. Have to scan your card to use the elevator. Doors are inconveniently located and very hard to open if you're in a hurry. Rooms had very low water pressure and no fan in the bathroom. Furniture is stiff as a board.
