Service from front desk was awesome. Room was fine, everything was there that we needed. Location was good, it's in a residential area not near shopping. No parking issues. Would stay again.
The employee at the desk very sassy with an attitude. Have a talk with him.
None. Hotel located in obscure location. If you miss the turn into it, prepare to re route for 10 mins to get back to it. This area is a traffic night mare. Add time for your travel.
The suite was spacious and overall good. The full-size refrigerator with a freezer section was a nice plus, and the suite also included a dishwasher, although I did not use it. However, there were three weak points: 1. The AC system, which was located behind a closed utility door in the bedroom next to the bed, was quite noisy and forced me to turn it off at night. 2. So.... I am traveling with a friend and we got a double room. I walk in and to my surprize and shock you have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Who thought that this was an acceptable design???????
