Beautiful location, clean room, spacious and close to everything.
Stayed from the 20th thru the 22nd homewood hilton on poydras. Had a family emergency and had to leave after the first day. Kortney the manager stated that we would not recieve a refund because it was booking.com policy not to issue refund. Oddly enough we spoke to booking.com so many times they sent an email stating 100% refund from 2nd night they only needed Hiltons manager ms.
