I had a great stay. Scheduled use of hottub for the morning and did that, ate a light breakfast and slept like a baby. I usually don't sleep great but i did tonight. Am i grateful! I misplaced my phone and they helped me try to find it. That was so great and I did find it but they were ready with map directions to get to walmart to buy a new phone. So very helpful my guy on all night had to help me with several questions and listened to my travel stories when he could. He is the greatest employee I cant remember his name day... read more
We had a wonderful three day stay at Homewood suites New Hartford. The hotel is recently renovated and looks and smells new. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was one of the better we’ve had at a Hilton. They have a delicious taco breakfast bar. Chris, the young friendly chef making breakfast, did an excellent job. We will definitely stay again.

Arrived at 4pm to check in (check in starts at 3pm) I was told the room isn’t ready. The manager comes around the corner saying to the desk employee “I don’t know how long the wait will be, maybe 1-2 hours, they’ll just have to wait” Is anyone professional anymore?
Very accessible hotel for those with mobility issues. The elevators were fast, the doorways were wide, and the bathroom was perfectly equipped. The staff was also very proactive in offering assistance whenever they saw us in the lobby.
