Rooms are very clean, breakfast is amazing and the staff is as well! The manager Casey I think his name was, helped with everything we needed to know! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to feel at home!
Front desk reception at check in was pleasant and thoughtful....I wish I could recall her name....Kelly I think. The Hilton family hotels have a nice customer service focus, IMO, but this New Hartford/Utica location was very nice.
