Stayed at Homewood Suites Nashville and overall had a great experience! The hotel room was very spacious with a nice sitting area and full kitchen setup, which made the stay feel very comfortable. The daytime staff was extremely helpful and attentive, giving great recommendations for places to eat and even holding my luggage after checkout so I could enjoy the city a little longer. Todo Staff de la recepción horrible! Aparcamos el coche una noche nos quieren cobrar 4 noches cuando a partir del segundo día no hay coche. Reclamamos y en el check out nos pasan factura de dos noche de parking. No contesta el hotel a nuestra reclamacion. RECOMENDACION 0

Disappointed with the breakfast service. The staff is prompt to close the breakfast counter at 9am , however, its laggard in refilling the food items. People had to wait for the milk, eggs, pastries, granola, oats, etc. If they cannot refill the food on time then how is it fair to close the counter on time. The irony here is that they're punctual about ending service but negligent during it — which suggests the motivation is staff convenience, not guest satisfaction.
