Room was a decent size and when I called to get two queens instead of a king they were accommodating although unwilling at first. They also let us check in early which I appreciate. Breakfast was fine. What I did find is interesting is that it clearly states on their website that their alleged "business office" which guests can access anytime offers free printing. Nate was great! The valet service was flawless!
Ben the valet was amazing! We had put a TSA lock on our suitcase and forgot to bring the keys 🤦♀️ Ben went to his car and used his own tools to break it open for us. Above and beyond customer service, thank you Ben!
