I am really really mad and disappointed with this hotel. My room was paid by SCRI, I am a cancer patient there, I was out all the morning in my medical appointment and when I came back my room was assigned to someone else! The worst is that my stuff was there, including my cancer medication which is very very expensive and needs special storage. There is no way to compensate for this inconvenience. Be careful staying here, your room can be assigned to someone else and your stuff lost without an explanation.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I can attest that it did NOT meet the Hilton standard. At a Hilton hotel, one assumes it will be clean and have hot water, among other expectations. Our room was less than clean; I found a random 2024 boarding pass on the rug under the coffee table, so I’m pretty sure that rug hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good. Nice pool area plus this location was close to everything. I will stay here again

All of the hotel staff have been exceptional. I would recommend a stay here. The breakfast is a good, hot meal every morning. To name a few people: shuttle drivers Sam, Earl, Javaris, Tony and valet David. Very nice and efficient gentlemen. Thank you to everyone.
