David best Valet Driver Nash hands down
Breakfast was just okay. We arrived about five minutes before closing, not realizing the weekday hours were different from the weekend. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude. They shut off the lights while I was still making my plate and even started grabbing food from underneath me, so I wasn’t able to get what I wanted. I fully understand they have a job to do and need to clean up, but the way they handled it was very unprofessional. Our stay at the Homewood Suites Nashville/Vanderbilt was thoroughly enjoyable and a wonderful experience. Special Thanks to Omare and Ken of the Hotel staff. Two high character gentlemen that enthusiastically assisted us with some issues and represented the Homewood Suites family admirably and professionally. We will be back!
