10/10! Staff, location, parking, everything is great! The Valet services (Gabriel and manager) are so friendly and welcoming. Staff Nick and Vanessa are amazing too! They have event nights like wine night, or cookie night, and that’s normally during the weekday. Their breakfast buffet is allergy friendly and always fresh. Rooms are always clean. Also the shampoo and conditioner at this hotel make my hair super soft😊
My husband and I checked in at 2am after a long night at Vanderbilt. We didn’t have reservations, but luckily they had availability. The woman at the front desk was training and proceeded to run our card three different times. We felt weird about this but they assured us it was just for “incidentals” and would be fine. We checked out around 11am that morning, and turned our keys in. Fast forward two days and we notice three separate room charges on our card - $287, then another for $230, and ANOTHER for $230. Just wrapped-up a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites - Vanderbilt during a work trip to Nashville. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle - it took me downtown to my conference two separate times! The hot breakfast was fantastic and delicious! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again for sure!!

Stayed for one week at the hotel. Great location, good facilities. The issue we had was housekeeping. They cleaned our room once in a week. They are supposed to come every other day but did not. After a few days I went to the front desk to mention the issue and the gentleman seemed to really not care one bit. Told us to put our trash in the hallway and they would come with towels.
