We booked this hotel through Hotels.com and were never informed that the property was under renovation. Even we arrived in the hotel. Also, no one informed that the property under renovation.I believe guests should be told about this before booking so they can decide whether they want to stay there or choose another hotel. I get there for about 3pm or a 10 night stay. When I checked in, there was no mention of any issues. I unpack, get my work done at about 9:30pm and get ready for bed. I turn on the TV to go to sleep to and NO TV. I called the front desk and they confirmed that the cable was out and wouldn't be fixed for at least another 6 days. I was livid. I had already unpacked. Due to a Comcast local outage, I had zero TV during my entire trip stay. Breakfast was decent, honestly Hampton is better. There was a mention of a mangers evening cocktail hour. Never happened. A bit dated and the beds need some refurbishing. Stayed here to puff my Hilton points during a business trip and was close to my destination. I’ll try sometime else in the future. One super positive experience, the staff is friendly, helpful and awesome! You ladies rock!

Pretty good how to offer where it is although the carpet is from the 70s and the phones don't work right in the rooms. Requested room wake up call didn't get it or they called and the phone was shorted out LOL. Anyway they're supposed to be doing construction for the next couple of months so they're probably going to be upgrading everything don't know for sure.
