Avoid! Dishonest management and last-minute cancellation They canceled my stay on the day of arrival, claiming they had no rooms. They even had the audacity to ask me to cancel it on my end to cover their tracks. Do not trust their "confirmed" bookings — they will leave you stranded on the street without a second thought. Total lack of professional ethics.
I give a 4 star because the sofa bed was very unclean but they replaced it immediately, everything else was good especially the bar.
The walk to the room, had dirty carpets. The rooms smelled terrible. The carpets in the room coming in was dirty, The toilet in the master bathroom, clogged every time you flushed it. I let the front desk person know. I didn’t get any response.
