Very clean & comfortable
Wildly disappointing. Lawn was so overgrown when I arrived I thought the hotel was abandoned. Empty box for hand soap in bathroom when I arrived. Learned the next morning while showering there was no shampoo, then no hair dryer. WiFi instructions don’t match the app…no one answered when I rang the front desk for help for over 2 minutes. Rusty accessories in bathroom, stains on wall, burns holes in the carpet, weird knocking noises (plumbing?) that kept me awake all night. Perfect for what we needed. We like to have a little extra space and we had 3 people so Homewood Suites is always a good bet.
I work for Embassy by Hilton. Homewood Suites is a sister hotel to my hotel. I love Homewood. Nice location, employees are very friendly. Breakfast was nice. I will stay here every time I come to visit Brentwood. Very nice hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfy.
