Stayed one week. As the week went on I discovered ants, someone else's clothes shoved up under the dresser, grime on bathroom floor, and the power even went out while I was there #yikes

I normally spend 2 to 3 months in a hotel due to work. I always assume there will be some problem(s) at the hotel or with their service. I've been at this Nashville location for 3 months and other than rude or stupid guests, I have had zero problems. The service, the staff, the food, all of it have been really great and responsive. Highly recommend it.

I had to change rooms 3 times in 2 weeks. The air conditioning went out in 2 of the rooms and most of the beds are not comfortable. Service from all the employees was amazing and so helpful even with all the issue.

Chose it because it had an airport shuttle. It does not, so I ended up having additional costs because the web site describes airport shuttle but it does not. Expected a Hilton airport hotel to have a shuttle.

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The cleanliness of the suite did not meet the standards I typically expect, especially from Hilton. The floor in the suite was not properly cleaned and felt sticky, which was very uncomfortable. In the bedroom area, the carpet clearly had not been vacuumed. By the next morning, the room didn’t feel fresh at all, which made the stay even less pleasant.
