Rooms are very nasty . It was crumbs in my bed . My floor was wet from I am guessing the air conditioner. The managers are very rude . And they switch me from one dirty room to another one .
I have mixed feelings about our stay. The size of the room was nice to have, but there were a lot of things that could be improved. The internet in the room kept going in and out, so we couldn't enjoy the little time that we wanted to watch it tv. The dishwasher was dirty, and the utensil drawer was dirty as well The kitchen floor needs to be mopped due to the amount of dirt that I found on it after making a spill and getting it up. Not what it used to be, got up this morning to a breakfast of rubber sausage patties, no eggs because they ran out 3 days ago, no syrup if you did want to make a waffle, no orange juice, also ran out 3 days ago, straight garbage...
This was perfect for taking 3 kids and my husband and I. The layout was amazing, and I'll definitely be looking for Homewood suites again next time I have extra kids with me. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You could hear their airplanes in the morning but it wasn't so bad that you couldn't get back to sleep... Only downside.
