Stayed here on 7/12/26 and all I can say is this was in the top 10 worst hotels I have ever stayed at even as a diamond member my room was terrible so I can only imagine they get worse. Hotel is listed as being under a soft renovation however my room was a gross construction zone, closet doors had been ripped out, metal guides for them that were left were bent up and sharp, no furniture in the bedroom, no tv remotes had to go ask for some , after 10 minutes of being in the room my socks were black from the filth on the floor... read more
