This hotel has gone downhill really bad. When I first started staying here wasn't bad. It seemed clean, comfortable and safe. 2 years later it has become atrocious. It's dirty. There's a lot of broke down stuff. The pool and hot tub are broke. Most of the time the washers and dryers are broke. Some of the doors coming in from the outside Don't work. It has really gotten bad. There's people doing drugs in the halls and outside all the time groups of questionable people standing outside so that you don't even want to use that ... read more
Service and staff were TREMENDOUS. I can't rave about them enough. Very pleasant and very helpful. That said... Rooms: Dated and disgusting. Stains on everything. The desk chair was atrocious and not once in 11 days did I sit on the couch. Stains on floors, chairs, curtains, etc. Fixtures were dirty. Just gross. The AC in my room made a loud noise when it ran, not pleasant. The fire alarm in the room next to mine was going off quite often, when I finally said something to the front desk, she apologized and offered me points ... read more
