Nice place...conveniently located. Nice hot buffet breakfast.
I am so pleased with this hotel! The staff were extremely attentive and kind. Everything was clean and put together. The room had a small washer and dryer that were game changers with our winter gear. The breakfast was good and efficient. Always had a place to sit even on busy mornings. I'm staying here for 3 1/2 weeks and I've paid a significant amount for this stay. However, the service has been disappointing. I requested a high floor weeks in advance and got a lower suite floor. The breakfast options are disappointing (tortillas are hard, chicken is dry, etc) and the hot options are always cold. Housekeeping is inconsistent; there's something missing each time whether it be coffee, soap, dishwasher capsules, shampoo, wrong bed sheet size, etc. A personal item also went lost.
