This is a perfectly nice hotel; clean, comfortable, and a good location. The only thing lacking is character. It feels like every modern hotel; there is nothing wrong with it, except that it doesn't 'try' to be special. You'll forget all about it once you check out. I prefer memorable, I prefer special.
Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. It's conveniently located downtown, just steps from lots of different things to do - restaurants, shopping, cafes, cathedrals, etc. My room had a balcony, which had a beautiful city skyline view. It was enjoyable to spend time out there in the evening taking in the view. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
