Service all smiles and genuine. Room w kitchenette was extremely clean. My ac had a small leak but it was obviously recent as the Room was not musty. Breakfast was great and the gentleman servicing the area never stopped moving. He was cleaning, refilling, and moving about with obvious intent to make the area a solid experience for the guests. This was the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon arrival and check in, the door to my room was wide open, which is not a great start,but the real problems are in the room itself. Roughly half of the carpet is stained a reddish orange color and then roughly a quarter of the room's carpet was perpetually wet from unknown sources. Very very Clean hotel, and room.Staff was on point, very polite, and very helpful with whatever we needed, also the breakfast was plentiful of different things to eat, fresh, and good.I highly highly recommend the stay at this hotel if you are in Montgomery Alabama.
Such a nice hotel! The Wednesday night social dinner was delicious by Chef TJ with shrimp, salad, homemade chocolate chip cookies, and lemon bars. Wine too! The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern.
