Horrible experience, arrived at the hotel doors were locked. Spoke with the security guard on duty who attempted to contact front desk attendant without any luck. Customer service line hard to understand language barrier, front desk attendant was very unprofessional. Theft fraud refused to reinstate points. Had to stay a the Marriott in Platteville Alabama.
for a newly renovated hotel, the carpet looks old, both TVs have a problem with reception, most of the channels that I wanted to watch were scrambled, hair dryer didn't work, it blows cold air only, breakfast at 8:00am was already running out of food, the scrambled eggs looked synthetic, the roasted potatoes are over cooked they fall apart and almost mashed, no forks were available, when asked for one, the lady got me a wet one from the dishwasher and didn't say a word, not eye contact, they forgot to give me complementary w... read more
Bad customer service.
Overall this hotel is good but the value was not there this last time we stayed. Room - I like the suite and the chairs to sit at the table were very comfortable. Bed was the most comfortable we’d had on our trip (4th hotel in a week). There wasn’t any shower gel but I bring my own anyways. Room was quiet for New Year’s Eve. Room was clean but agree with others that some things need updating. Breakfast - Good options (really liked the potatoes and waffle) compared to most hotels.
