Very good hotel for the price.
Let me start by saying…DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked a two bedroom suite over a month in advance. As we were traveling 12 hours from Ft Lauderdale, they called to let me know they couldn’t give us that room and had to give two separate rooms instead. We arrived AFTER check-in time and the rooms were not ready. We waited an additional two hours to gain access to the rooms. But it turned out that would be the least of our concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE! When we arrived, there was a bin full of trash that was left under the kitchenette sink from a previous guest...but that was the least of my concerns compared to the bugs. There were bugs on the walls, the curtains, the window seals, and to make matters worse, in the bed! It was disgusting and I refused to stay in this room in these types of conditions. Do NOT stay here – absolutely horrid experience! ★☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the experience my family had at Homewood Suites by Hilton Montgomery (1800 Interstate Park Drive) during our recent family reunion. What was supposed to be a special and joyful gathering turned into a nightmare because of the absolutely unacceptable conditions of this hotel.
