The service was awesome. I dropped my dress shirt for dry cleaning in the morning. I stopped by inn the afternoon to pick it up, it turned out that the dry cleaning service never picked up the shirt. But, the hotel staff went ahead and cleaned and ironed the shirt for me for free. The person that did it, definitely made my day, thank you. Oh, the hotel was nice and clean overall.
One of the best hotels In midland the overnight/ early morning staff are the best! From the front desk lady who’s very informative and Always so uplifting! To the kitchen staff! Best customer service in west Texas And the food is amazing. Thank you Ms O for the awsome eats!
