Miracle from housekeeping was very helpful. The sign in the lobby said the hotel will be undergoing renovations. The hallway and room are on the dark side. When we first arrived and walked down the hallway to elevator you could smell a sewage smell. It was an intermittent sewage smell throughout the day, even on the third floor where our room was located. It would happen in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Which also irritated my eyes. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and professional..
The hotel was nice and very clean, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. The front desk experience was mixed. The girl who helped me was very kind and professional, and she made me feel welcome. But, the day shift guy at the front desk was the opposite rude and unhelpful and he don’t mind showing it , which really affected the overall experience. With better consistency in customer service, this hotel could be excellent.
Love this hotel, great location, clean and modern. Friendly staff, eveeyone is great . Plus they are remodeled and the new rooms are great!
