Tive uma péssima experiência com esse hotel. Se você estiver pensando em reservar, pense muito bem antes. Fiz uma reserva para 4 dias e paguei antecipado. Infelizmente sofri um acidente poucos dias antes da viagem (quebrei o pé), o que me levou a cancelar a viagem. Eram 3 hotéis, companhia aérea e cruzeiro. Apresentei atestado, exame e fotografia e todos cancelaram sem complicações . O único hotel que se recusou a cancelar sem o pagamento de uma multa de 25% do total foi esse. Não recomendo.

Going back to Marriott My stay at the Homewood Suites near Dolphin Mall was a complete disaster. The hotel overcharged me, and when I brought it to their attention with clear proof, they refused to refund the overage. That alone is enough to warn anyone away from this property. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The service was consistently horrible. Staff couldn’t follow simple directions, acted indifferent, and showed no understanding of basic hospitality. My favorite place to stay in Miami. Justin at the front desk makes my stay super comfortable and he's extremely helpful with attending to my request, always with a smile. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The breakfast is very nice and having the mall next door is very convenient.
