After a long day of work and travel, we were unable to enter our air bnb. I called multiple hotels with no luck, but when I called homewood suites, Tiffany at the front desk saved the day and got us a room and prompt check in! She was so helpful and nice! I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend.
Service here is so amazing, I decided to write a review days before I check out. The staff especially Jordan, Andrea, Crystal and Rosa.
My family and I stayed here. The place looks nice and I like that it has the convenience of a small kitchen! We agree the room was set up nicely. The significant negative impact for us is that this property is not pet-friendly. Unfortunately, being a pet-friendly property is the major contribution to our having an uncomfortable stay. We did not feel the property has proper deep cleaning protocols in place to ensure pet hair/dander is gone. This is definitely not good for people with any pet allergies!
