We had a great experience. Friendly greeting and a big comfortable room. My only knock would be the odd placement of the TV. It was central to the room but didn't swivel enough so no matter where you parked, you were watching TV sideways. Highly recommend Abby's pizza for delivery!
Absolutely amazing
This is what the juice machine and kitchen look like and this place is serving juice out of this machine. The freezer isn't holding a freezer temperature. The person that works in kitchen hasn't actually cleaned it in months. The employee that quit actually cleaned alot of the nastiness. Hopefully nobody gets sick.
Dishonesty at its finest. Be prepared to not get what you were expecting. Called ahead of time to verify presence of a hot tub. Got the typical hilton run around and finally was given the number to the place we were staying directly. Called them and asked if there was a functional hot tub and was told "yes," Got down to Medford and asked about the hot tub and was then told they don't have one. Evidently Hilton switchboard gave me the number for the Hilton garden inn next door to the hilton suites we were staying in. So, sinc... read more
Just stayed one night here and I loved the room and breakfast so much I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. I have no reason to be up here again anytime soon but I thought this hotel was just so nice, I would consider coming up to stay just knowing I would love it. I have stayed at plenty of Hiltons (they are my preference) but this particular hotel was better than most.
