Nice rooms. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am day of check out despite do not disturb sign hanging. Nowhere to fill water bottle on property.

We stayed at this location on our drive from Florida to KY to avoid rush hour Atlanta traffic. The room key system was down and we had to be let in to our rooms by staff. The system being down is understandable but the room had no ice bucket, and no dish soap.. Can't get ice if I can't get back in the room especially with no ice bucket. We went to bed at like 9 still no room key so I told them we were leaving at 6 or 7 to avoid Atlanta traffic and not to bring it up if they did get it to work because we were going to sleep. ... read more

I have been staying at this property for 10+ years. I had been traveling elsewhere did not know about the renovations. While the former rooms needed refreshing what they have done here is a complete downgrade of the property. I searched online and two goals were in mind for this renovation, first, to appeal to the younger traveler with the minimalist furnishings second, less maintenance and more profit for the owner.
