The reservation process was absolutely terrible. The reservationist had difficulty with comprehension. After trying to secure a room I finally had to call again to get another person. Additionally was quoted 3 different prices for the same room. Parking was $27 a day in lot next door.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean hotel. Close to the Louisville Slugger Museum and Muhammad Ali Center. Room was very clean. However, if you are sensitive to noise at night, ask for a room facing inside (back of hotel). Ours faced the street, so we heard the loud traffic and wind at night. They also have security at night around the hotel and the parking lot. Overall, we’d recommend this hotel.
Room was great ours had full size fridge. Clean & updated. Ice maker in freezer in room which was a plus! Accommodating staff! Good breakfast! Nice courtyard Area with grills. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend to friends & family as well!
