THEY HAVE COCKROACHES! Our room was infested and we had to move; the second room had signs of infestation, so we requested another room. Spent half a day making sure the roaches hadn’t gotten into our stuff, cleaning them out of a few of our things in the kitchen, then moving. And no offer from the hotel to make this right!! Really poor customer service!
Wonderful Employees-They were all accommodating, sweet and thoughtful.
Stayed for a week, notified the front desk that there were food particles in the hall outside my room after being there 2 days, they voiced they’d take care of it. The hall wasn’t vacuumed all week, it was still there when I checked out on Friday. That and a couple other issues were voiced. The hotel management apologized and offered to add points to my account.
