This hotel is garbage it looks clean but it is very nasty. Bugs all in the room, blood was on our sheets and that's the way they left the room keep in mind. I have pictures of the sheets and bugs. This hotel needs to be shut down. The only thing the supervisor could say is I'm sorry. They do not clean the room unless you request them to clean it the day before. Very comfortable rooms. Outdoor seating is inviting, especially with recent cool temperatures. Went walking around as sidewalks are plentiful. Across the street are shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Enjoy!
Nice, new Homewood Suites. Friendly staff. But if you’re Hilton Honors and like to use your digital key to skip check-in, this Homewood ISN’T equipped for digital keys. Which is odd since it’s a newer hotel. One of the primary reasons I book Hilton is the digital check-in & key to skip the long check-in lines.
So....there is a link for feedback; however, it is not user friendly and can not just click the link. My experience is that housekeeping was not thorough, thus 4 stars. 1st the pillow on couch was ripped which the front desk offered room change but I opted to have the pillow changed instead. Then there was left over water in 1 gallon jug in the fridge.
