Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Jennifer at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating both over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, my family and I attended a funeral that day. It was a lot to deal with. Didn't feel much for the drive home that day. So I decided to book 2 rooms. I spoke to Jennifer . She was so understanding and considerate. We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton London Ontario for 4 days and 3 nights as a family. The stay had some positives, but also a few important drawbacks. I wasn’t going to write a review because I just don’t do it that often but the hotel we’re staying at now is so bad I had to come back to write a review for the one we were at last night (homewood) as I now see what we had going on for us there. Rooms were clean, spacious, everything in place and nothing weird or gross. They were silent, had climate control available to change and the lobby was awesome with a lot of activities for the kids. My family and I stayed here for two days and two nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety, including bacon, eggs, cereal, bagels, waffles, and more - a great way to start the day. The property features amenities such as an outdoor basketball court and BBQ facilities for guest use, which is a nice touch.
