I’ve stayed in these hotel several times in a three year period. This place keeps getting in worse shape, they barely have given maintenance, the mattresses are very old, damaged coaches, constant light bulbs blinking. I have reported damaged furniture to the front desk and they tell me to send an email, in general the front desk people don’t give solutions, they are very limited minded. the room overall was very nice. staff are all easy to talk to and they keep up on cleaning especially being the end of january with salt and snow being tracked inside constantly. the breakfast is also very good with lots to choose from. they also have a nice little pool. a few minor things the tv wouldnt turn on so i went to call reception and the phone wouldnt work either. the closet doors were also broke. i unplugged the tv to reset it and then it turned on. both tvs are in sales mode so after a few minutes of being on a b... read more
