MASSIVE HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES AND VIOLATIONS. infested with ants coming out of bathroom drains and up through carpet corners and edges all around the room. hotel management would not refund for our last night of our stay as we had to vacate the hotel. they offered an alternate room but if you have ants coming through the drainage system, your entire hotel is infested. people are allergic to ants and ants carry so much bacteria and viruses. bathroom fan did not work so it reeked of mildew, paint peeling off the ceilings fr... read more
This weekend I went to this hotel with some friends and family for a shopping trip and this hotel was not only not very clean but also the service was not good at all. Every-time we went downstairs to the front desk it was empty and took at least 10 minutes for someone to show up if they did. We called for sheets since we did not have them in our room and it took three phone calls and a trip down to get our sheets. Not very impressed with this hotel as i know it used to be nice and good service.
Just go to the Staybridge suites across the road!!! We stayed here over march break. Family of 5, kids under 12. We were pretty disappointed. Our plans had changed a wee before our visit. We had booked 2 king suites that were joining. However after people canceled, we rebooked, but went with the accessible king suite with the fire place for a bit more room.
