Clean rooms, breakfast amazing and over all great staff and location
Very disappointing experience. The hotel was relatively empty, and yet we were given a room in which the refrigerator/freezer didn't work. There was a mini fridge in the room, which doesn't have a freezer for the items we needed to freeze. The ice maker on our floor was out of order, as was one on a different floor that I tried. The toilet flusher was broken and needed to be replaced. And the toilet kept running unless you played around with it. We asked about the grills and told they were available for use until 10pm.
