I got moved here after a bit of a disaster at Hilton Garden Inn next door. The original staff member I saw was polite. However there after I had multiple issues. One day a man just walked into my room, I slept the rest of the time with locks on. The staff were rude, unhelpful upon unexplained card changes at check out. For the money I would avoid.

The first day the 24th got the most rudest front desk person ever and i stay in alot of hotels.Firat of all the suites face dumpster booked a suite for 8 days going, on second night.First of all they never honored my Hilton honors and didn't tell us about hot tub being broken.Then our microwave was broke they said would fix next day .Came back from park and still not fixed .We had to wait 45 min till they brought us tiny little one.Then they made us wait an hour for towels only second day.Would not recommend.And they don't s... read more
Very disappointed as we stay at Hilton often. I made a reservation on Expedia months ago, even receiving check in instructions that morning. When I arrived to the hotel they said they canceled my reservation because there was a problem with the card and when I tried to rebook desk staff told me that there was nothing available. I went back on Expedia was able to rebook the nights, I went back up to the front desk she said she would not honor that and within 2 minutes it was canceled by the hotel again.
