Hot water issues in our room. Desk staff on first morning said it was temporary. It wasn't. No manager on duty on weekends.
Shower wouldnt work, floor dirty in bathroom, pillows old they smelled like mold. Ask 2x about fixing the shower.
Don't stay here. They initially gave us a room that someone else was already in. Then whe we finally got into a room the dead bolt doesn't work, the coffee maker doesn't work, the telephone doesnt work, the pump on the conditioner bottle doesnt work and they shut off the water in the hotel with no prior warning. This hotel is a one and done for me.
Well where to start... I booked this place because it is a hilton property and close to where we needed. There was a note on their website that said some construction was ongoing. Las habitaciones son fantásticas!! Te tratan con respeto y amabilidad, aunque yo tuve mala suerte y tuve problemas con mi reserva y con la puerta de mi habitación, mi única queja sería la regadera, está funcional pero muy reducida, de ahí en fuera habitación grande, bien equipada, bastante espaciosa, la tv no es Smart tv, puedes hacer mirror con tu celular pero sino sabes cómo hacerlo o no reconoce tu celular puedes sufrir
