Had my key card be randomly shut off halfway through the stay and tried for over an hour to get towels but was told there was nothing they can do about it and the fire alarms kept randomly going off on multiple floors multiple times a day
Room was very nice sized and reasonably clean

This place is completely renovated! Stayed ina a beautiful suite! Gresh Coffee ☕️, tea, hot cocoa, the entire day!!! Fantastic home away from home.
