I left in room 207 on August 25,2025 my “Soma Black long Robe”when I called back they said they didn’t find it, Why didn’t they ask the person that cleaned that room? Or check the lost and found? We got to the hotel 15 minutes after check in only to be told they had only just began cleaning the room. My room had been booked by my company, but they had misunderstood and not booked the room for the last night of my stay. I was told on the second to last day of my stay I had to checkout in the next hour, so I had to leave work to collect my things. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds because we were 2 adults traveling together. They changed my reservation to 1 king bed & a sofa bed and didn’t notify me until I tried to digitally check in. I couldn’t get a refund because the “cancellation window” passed - contacted Hilton customer service and they offered nothing-won’t book a Hilton hotel again
Nothing but staff and random people smoking weed outside , loud noise from up stairs with renovations this place is a hang out for a lot of people. NEVER will I be back here again I will notify the company I work for not to use this hotel ever
Had a great stay here. Stayed on the fourth floor, which really felt like it was pretty fresh or recently renovated. Either way, room was good, space was more than adequate, front desk lady who typically works in the afternoon (can’t remember her name) was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Loved the Wednesday social, and breakfast was good every day. When I come back in a few weeks I plan to stay here again for sure! Only suggestion I’d have is to bring some flavored creamer for the coffee, but that’s all!
