Friendly staff. The room was very clean and quiet the entire stay. The kitchen made it easy to prepare quick meals. The beds were so comfortable, and had a luxurious feel to them. You also get a pretty good breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay with them again.
So bad it was almost comical. The service folks were quite nice though, which is the sole is reason I gave it 2 stars. Room was disgusting. So dirty. All pans/pots available for cooking, silverware, and dishes were filthy dirty with food still stuck to them. The spoon I was given for cooking was melted, and flaking apart, if you used it, it would absolutely add microplastic seasoning to your food. Great stay. Spacious, ultra clean suites with comfortable beds. Generous breakfast and fabulous staff who showcase the best in hospitality from check in to check out. Maxine was wonderful!
We had a horrible night’s stay. One or two of our smoke alarms were out of batteries and beeped loudly all night long. My son was scared every time it beeped and we all got hardly any sleep. I called the front desk in the middle of the night to let them know, but was told I would have to wait until the morning when maintenance would show up.
