Property was very clean. Rooms are spacious & beds are comfortable. Check in was quick & polite. Lots of stores & restaurants near by. Breakfast was good. We will be back. Enjoyed our stay.
This place gives Hilton a bad name! The bed was comfy and for the most part clean, that’s all I can say. The room smelled like dog pee. There was no hot water and the ceiling is paper thin. Nothing but thumping and running above us even after alerting the front desk! Would not recommend.
We just had our wedding March 28 and got a hotel block for our friends & family coming to stay in the area for the weekend. My husband & I stayed here, the front desk & managers were so beyond thoughtful and we really appreciate their help and care!! We had a limo picking up/dropping off guests, the front desk was really helpful to all of our guests, and we are so so so appreciative that our party was able to hangout in the shared community space and eat delivered pizza after our reception ended. Our family had an unexpected and tragic surprise that interrupted our vacation. Long story short we needed a room at 5:00 AM. At some of the other nearby Hilton Hotels we were very disappointed in the lack of effort/caring from the staff. The person at the Hampton desk was nice and politely informed me they were full. Luckily he directed me across the parking lot.Lee at the desk went above and beyond for us. Lee singlehandedly changed our day from miserable to genuinely grateful.
